Sometimes its easier to believe someone when they are lying
Its said the truth hurts, and to be honest it does
At first it was just a white lie, it was easy to believe
But then otheres started to talk to me
They said there were different reasons, one you had not said
I didn't want to believe them, so I asked you for the truth
Honesty is what I needed, and so I told you to not to lie
As it turns out that no one was correct
For you had kept the true reason to yourself
Up untill I told you I needed it, which now I am wishing I hadn't
Because it was easier to believe the lie
They say the truth will set you free, and I'm guessing it does
But being set free is not always the easiest thing
I know that it is better for me to know the real story
It just doesn't seem like it right now
